The following is stored on your device only:
The app has no account system and no cloud backup. This data is never stored on a server, never shared with analytics companies and never used for advertising.
This data is used for two things. First, to fill in the progress of your matching habits automatically — for example ticking off a "30 minute walk" goal. Workout type is read so the right habit is completed: a run you record will not complete your cycling habit. Second, to fill in your metrics on the Health Data screen, such as weight, resting heart rate and steps. A value you enter yourself always takes precedence and is never overwritten by Apple Health.
Evre does not write any data to Apple Health; it only reads.
This data stays on your device, is never sent to any server in raw form and is never used for advertising.
Apple Health access is entirely optional. If you decline or later revoke permission, every feature of the app keeps working with manual entry. You can revoke access at any time from Settings › Privacy & Security › Health on your iPhone.
Completion rates derived from health data — for example "30 minute walk: 100%" — may be sent in summary form when you generate an AI analysis report. Your raw health measurements, such as your weight, heart rate or sleep duration, are never sent.
Features such as the AI Coach, AI Support, mood interpretation and analysis reports run on Anthropic's Claude AI service. Requests are relayed through a secure proxy server belonging to the developer (Cloudflare Workers). You do not need to provide your own API key.

Content that is sent is used only to generate the relevant response. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy
When you use the Voice Control screen, your device's microphone and the iOS speech recognition service are used to turn what you say into text. These permissions are used only on that screen and only while you are recording; the app never listens in the background.
Speech recognition is performed by Apple, and depending on your device and language your audio may be sent to Apple's servers for processing. This is standard iOS behaviour and is governed by Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
Evre does not store your audio. The transcribed text is used only to understand the command. You can revoke microphone access at any time from Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone; every other feature of the app keeps working.
The ElevenLabs text-to-speech service is used for spoken guidance in the breathing and meditation exercises. Only the app's own fixed prompt phrases — such as "Breathe in" and "Hold" — are sent to this service. Your personal data, mood entries and notes are never shared. Generated audio files are cached on your device.

Your mood, energy level, emotion tags and written journal notes fall into the sensitive personal data category. This data is stored on your device only, is never shared with third parties, and is deleted completely when you remove the app.
Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled through the App Store. Your payment details are processed directly by Apple; the developer has no access to your card or payment data. Your subscription status is verified on your device.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
The app uses your device's local notification system for reminders. Notification content is generated on your device only; no server-based push notifications are used. If you have given your name, some notifications greet you by name — that text is also prepared on your device, and your name is never sent anywhere. You can turn off notification permission at any time from your device settings.
If you have serious concerns about your mental health, please consult a professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Evre is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13.
Because your data is held only on your device, you can exercise your rights of access and deletion directly on your device. Users in Türkiye are additionally covered by the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and your explicit consent is obtained before you start using the app. Please contact us with any questions.
When you delete the app from your device, all of your local data is deleted automatically. Since there is no account or cloud backup, no further deletion step is needed.
We will update this page whenever the privacy policy changes. Significant changes will be announced alongside an app update.
